When will my package arrive?

Once your purchase has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be preciously packaged & shipped. Once shipped, you will then be notified with a confirmation & tracking number via the email provided at checkout.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

All packages are insured with purchase. If a package should arrive damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for compensation.

What is the return/refund policy?

We have a 10 day return policy for domestic orders. We do not offer returns for international orders. To be eligible for a domestic return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Β Please contact dream@dahlhome.co to start your return request. Read our fullΒ return policy here. We also have a $7 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do! Just a heads up - we do not offer returns for international orders, and international shipping does cost more, so please keep that in mind when considering your order.Β
